Where do we come from?

The Real Estate Agency is a division of Sergic Québec, a group founded in 2017 by the Sergic Group in France, a specialist in property management and brokerage for over 60 years, currently employing a little over 1200 employees.

Sergic Québec is a consolidation of more than ten companies, all stemming from property management or related real estate professions and boasting several decades of experience. The group aims to support all residential and commercial real estate needs of its current and future clients. How? By bringing together over 100 employees under one banner, specialists in various real estate professions, all committed to customer service and each capable of providing particular expertise to meet expressed needs.

Thus, quite naturally, our brokerage division expanded the Group's services in 2024 to fulfill your buying or selling projects.

Who are we?

Equally naturally, the Real Estate Agency was built around its agency director, Roxanne Laplante.

Roxanne worked for the Sergic Québec Group for several years before further honing her brokerage experience within a large group. Today, she boasts significant experience in various domains of condominium management, rental, and brokerage, perfectly embodying the project's philosophy.

Roxanne's team, composed of dynamic and experienced brokers, follows the same logic and will provide personalized support based on solid expertise.
